Ted Flaherty, Head Coach
Coach Flaherty has been the head coach since 2005, winning the division 3A Superbowl in his second season. He graduated from Ipswich High School in 1976 where he played for coach Welch, and has been coaching high school football for nearly 20 years.

| Coach Glenn Foster |

Glenn Foster - Offensive and Defensive Line Coach
Coach Foster, who graduated from Ipswich High School in 1973, has been coaching high school football for nearly 25 years. He was a key member of the state championship team of 1972. Coach Foster is also the school's Varsity Lacrosse Coach.

| Anthony Callahan
Coach Callahan graduated from Haverhill High School where he was a member of the Football and Track teams. He is an elementary physical education teacher in Saugus where he also coaches indoor and outdoor track and field. This is Coach Callahan's sixth year of coaching football.

| Chris Tolios
Chris is a graduate of Ipswich High School, where he was the captain of both the baseball and football team his senior year. He was a starter on the 2006 Super Bowl team, and was named a Cape Ann League all-star the following season in 2007. Chris is currently a junior at Endicott College, where he is studying Sport Management and Education.

| Coach "Bubba" Galanis |

John “Bubba” Galanis, Freshman Coach
Coach Bubba graduated from IHS in 1972 where his football teams lost 2 games in 4 years! Bubba was a 1st team Parade High School All American and a 4 year scholarship varsity football player at Notre Dame. He was a member of the 1973 National Championship team. Bubba has been coaching in Ipswich for 5 years as a Varsity Assistant as well as a Freshman coach, all as a volunteer.

Dave Drown, Freshman Coach
Dave graduated from IHS in 1967, played football under Coach Welch and was a teammate of Coach Hopping on some championship teams. Dave has coached youth football in town for many years and is presently volunteering to coach freshman football. Dave also volunteers for the girls varsity softball team and is the “Voice” of Tiger football at our home games.
